Ousia Toolbar

The Ousia Toolbar sits on the left, and allows you to browse the current folder, set page options and permissions and add content and files. 

If the current page is not your home page, then this will allow you to rename it.

Note that some characters may be stripped out, and spaces will be replaced with a hyphen

From here you can change the page style, page status (Pending, Publish, Archive, Deleted, Not Found), and whether you would like to track views.

Alternate URLs 

This is a list of all addresses that would be redirected to this page, when a new page is added, the system will default in the relevant ones, and when a URL is changed, it will also update to reflect the changes.

This is a list of URLs that will show the same content as the current page, for instance if you wanted to have a different page for users coming from Twitter and Facebook.

If you have signed up for multiple languages, you can link pages here, say English and the equivalent French item. This then gets populated in the background for the Search Engines.

The site can handle individual users, or roles. These can be adjusted in the System/Users area if your site if you have permission. See this link for an explanation on how this works.

Allow various users or role group permissions on the page (read, update content, update status). If you add a row with no permissions ticked, they will be blocked from entering that area (unless an image within the system folder).

If the page type detects that you have available controls to add, they will be available through this button. Select the control type from the list above and then select where you would like it.

Add images to the folder for use in your page. Multiple images can be uploaded at once.
